You Know What To Do Guided Meditation
One of my best friends, Rebecca, passed away from cancer in March of 2021. In the days before her death, as it became increasingly obvious that her time was short, her sister-in-law started to get desperate, asking her how we were supposed to carry on without her, help raise her two young daughters, and support her husband. She asked Rebecca, “What do I do? Is there anything you want me to do?” Rebecca reached out, cupped her face in her hands and said, “You know what to do.”
Her words have become a constant companion for me for months now, guiding me through this dark season of grief. It has set me free knowing that she trusted me. So I want to tell you, I trust you. And I believe that you know what to do.
I want to expand a bit more on something I mention in the meditation. You aren't failing to listen to your intuition if you don't immediately act on it. In 2019 I had a season of deep inner knowing and yet it took me months to speak up and start to make changes in my life. I remember sitting in my living room early in the morning and chanting "ha" because that is supposed to open your throat chakra (trust me, I felt crazy). In good time I was able to garner the courage to make the changes I knew I had to make. And so will you.
