Fast from Patriarchy. Feast on Wisdom. (Free Lenten guide + final call for the cohort!)
For most of my life, God was exclusively He. Father. Lord. King. It never occurred to me to ask whether there was something missing—until I encountered God as Mother and Midwife, Spirit and Wisdom.
When you see the feminine face of God—metaphors as true as any in scripture—it changes you.
You stop making yourself small.
For too long, we've been taught that holiness looks like self sacrifice. When you see God in the feminine, you start to believe that your voice, your wisdom, your presence matters.
You get angry—and then you get free.
Anger is natural when you realize how much has been hidden from you to maintain power structures. But your anger is a compass, pointing toward liberation.
You reclaim your spiritual authority.
Wisdom, Sophia, has always been calling—crying out in the streets (Proverbs 8). When you answer, you stop outsourcing your faith to external authorities and begin trusting the sacred wisdom within you.
This Lent, I'm inviting you into a different kind of practice—one that leads to expansion, wisdom, and wholeness.
That’s why I created the Wisdom Calls Cohort (I only have a couple spots left, so sign up now if you've been meaning to!). I know these ideas have transformational power, and I'm looking forward to journeying with an intimate group over the 40 days of Lent.
However, I know that the cohort might not be right for you right now, which is why I decided to also create a free 40-day reflection guide to help you uncover the Divine Feminine in Scripture and reclaim your own sacred belonging.
