Easing Holiday Stress Guided Meditation
May this meditation help you return to your center to find peace to bring throughout your day.
Ah, the holidays. So much anticipation and planning goes into this 6 week period of time. I struggle with the hustle and bustle, the lack of routine, and the increased domestic labor of this time. I want to stay present and enjoy the magic and time with family and all of the things, but sometimes I find myself yearning for post-holidays, when things go back to their relative normal. That's okay! I can acknowledge that about myself while also trying to stay present and finding the joy hidden in every day moments.
This meditation gives you space to slow down and helps you remember that peace is found within. You are not a victim to your circumstances. You get to make choices. We explore that lower down in the journal questions. The holidays are still ahead of us as I write this, so what choices can you make to set yourself up for success this season?
